Hi, I'm Lewis Titley, Managing Director of Deeside Management Services. I took over the business after losing my father to COVID-19 in 2021, and have worked tirelessly to grow the company while continuing the values and reputation he built.
What started as a small local maintenance outfit has grown into a trusted provider of property maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, electrical, plumbing and full facilities management across North Wales and the North West, with the same personal approach and attention to detail customers have always valued.

- We work on a priority basis. Genuine urgent issues, leaks, lock-outs, no-heat, electrical faults, are responded to within 4 hours. Non-urgent reactive jobs and planned work are slotted into the next available diary block. Call 01244 529900, day or night.

- Do you cover commercial as well as residential landlords?
- Yes. We work with residential landlords, letting agents, block managers and commercial property managers, single units to multi-site portfolios across North Wales and the North West.
- Are you fully insured and accredited?
- Yes, fully covered. Public liability and employers' liability are in place on every job, with CSCS, IPAF, Gas Safe and NAPIT credentials across the relevant trades. We're currently working through Safe Contractor accreditation. Documentation provided on request.
- Do you offer a workmanship warranty?
- Yes, a workmanship warranty is available on new installations, depending on the type of work. We confirm exactly what's covered in writing as part of the quote.
- Are quotes free and fixed?
- Yes. Surveys and quotes are always free, and we issue a written fixed price on the day of the site visit so you know exactly where you stand.
