Deeside Management Services is a Flintshire-based property maintenance and facilities management firm. We look after landlords, letting agents, housing providers and commercial sites across North Wales and the North West, landscaping, cleaning, electrical, plumbing, roofing and reactive call-outs, all from one team, on one invoice.
Our story
A family business, continuing what was started.
Hi, I'm Lewis Titley, Managing Director of Deeside Management Services. I took over the business after losing my father to COVID-19 in 2021, and have worked tirelessly to grow the company while continuing the values and reputation he built.
What started as a small local maintenance outfit has grown into a trusted provider of property maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, electrical, plumbing and full facilities management across North Wales and the North West, with the same personal approach and attention to detail customers have always valued.
We work with letting agents managing hundreds of doors, private landlords with one HMO, housing associations, factory and warehouse managers, and commercial site owners who don't have time to coordinate six separate trades for one job.
Operating from our yard at 22–23 Engineer Park, CH5 2QD, our 12-strong in-house team covers North Wales, Wrexham, Rhyl, Bangor, Cheshire and the wider North West. We work on a priority basis, urgent reactive issues are on site within 4 hours, with scheduled grounds and cleaning rounds run to a fixed rota.
The model is simple: we removed the need to juggle a landscaper, a cleaner, an electrician, a plumber and a roofer. One call to DMS covers all of it, quoted properly, evidenced with photos, signed off and invoiced once.

Free survey, fixed written price
Free site survey, itemised written quote handed over on the day of the visit, and the figure doesn't change unless something genuinely unexpected is uncovered and agreed with you first.
Fully covered, accredited trades
Public liability and employers' liability on every visit, with CSCS, IPAF, Gas Safe and NAPIT credentials across the relevant trades. Safe Contractor accreditation in progress.
Priority response, 24/7
Reactive call-outs answered 24/7 and triaged by priority. Genuine urgent issues, leaks, lock-outs, no-heat, electrical faults, are on site within 4 hours across our core coverage area.
